End of Season Sale

1. The "End of Season Sale" offer is a limited duration online exclusive offer valid only on L'OCCITANE India at in.loccitane.com
2. L'OCCITANE India has the sole authority to stop or halt the offer at any given point at its sole discretion.
3. The offer visible on this page is online exclusive and valid till stocks last or the end of the offer duration whichever comes first.
4. The discount is automatically applied and is not combinable with any other prevalent offers on the site or its merchant partner, including but not limited to birthday discounts, loyalty point redemptions, threshold offers, spin the wheel offers, influencer codes etc.
5. Products sold during the "End of Season" sale have at least 6 months of shelf life.
6. Products once purchased are not returnable.
7. Due to the high influx of orders, all pending orders are expected to be shipped within 5-7 working days.
8. L’OCCITANE India reserves the right to cancel any order having out-of-stock products or incorrect pricing due to merchant or system error. Refunds made against such cancelled orders will be initiated by the brand within 15 days of cancellation.
9. Cancellation of orders will only be considered if the request is raised within 48 hours of placing the order. In case the order cancellation request is approved, the refund of the payment, if any, will be initiated from the brand side within 15 days. Orders once shipped, will not be cancellable.
10. Requests to exchange the products for different ones would not be considered. Surface level damage to the packaging or the product is not included in claims to a successful replacement of the product.
11. The discounted products received damaged in transit, purchased during the sale, should be communicated to the brand directly within 48h of receiving the products and the replacement of the products will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
12. Replacement of the products is only given upon successful receipt of the products by the brand.
