- Not redeemable at airport, wholesale, or department store counters.
- Cannot be used for purchasing gift certificates/vouchers or spa treatments.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including "Gift with Purchase" offers.
- Valid for one transaction only; must be presented before purchase.
- It must be redeemed in full; partial/split redemption is not allowed.
- Purchases exceeding the value of the Gift Card should be settled by cash or credit card.
- It is redeemable only during the validity period and the validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Non-refundable; cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given.
- Photocopies not accepted; L'OCCITANE is not responsible for loss or damage.
- L'OCCITANE reserves the right to amend or withdraw terms without prior notice. Disputes are subject to Delhi court jurisdiction; the decision is final.
