Shake well before using and make sure the nozzle is facing up. Spray it into your hand and then apply it to your face.
Use as a foaming cleanser: Twice a day massage on the skin avoiding the eye area, then rinse.
Use as a mask (twice a week): Leave on for 2 minutes, then rinse.
