L'occitane x The Grand Dragon Ladakh - Offer Terms and Conditions.

1.Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 26th September to 14th November.

2. How to Win: The customer who makes the highest purchase from L'OCCITANE India during the promotional period will stand a chance to win the grand prize.

3. Prize Details:
3.1. 1 winner will receive a 3-night, 4-day stay for 2 people at The Grand Dragon Ladakh.
3.2 Accommodation in a Premium Room with daily breakfast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Zasgyath) for 3 nights, including complimentary beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) on the 1st and 2nd days.
3.3 Complimentary spa experience for two at the Hamman Wellness Spa by L’OCCITANE, including the following treatments: Reset Face & Eye (45 min) & Sleep & Reset massage (90 min).
3.4 Airport pick-up and drop-off from Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport.

4. Prize Validity: The winner must redeem the voucher for the stay by April 30, 2025.

5. Exclusions:
5.1. The winner is responsible for covering travel costs to and from Leh, including air/train tickets and other transport.
5.2 Additional costs, such as laundry, tips, sightseeing, and other incidental expenses, are not included in the prize.

6. Eligibility:
6.1 The promotion is valid only at L'OCCITANE India stores and on the official website.
6.2 This offer cannot be redeemed at airport counters, wholesale outlets, or department store counters.

7. Restrictions:
7.1 The prize cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, vouchers, or spa treatments.
7.2 It cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, including “Gift with Purchase” offers.
7.3 The voucher is valid for one transaction only and must be presented at the time of booking.
7.4 The voucher is not redeemable for cash or bonus points. No change will be provided for partial use.
7.5 Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted.
