How much does delivery cost and how long does it take ?

Orders will be couriered between 9am - 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in India.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
- Shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied on orders below ₹2,200 .

Do you ship internationally ?

in.loccitane.com only delivers to within India.

Can I track my order?

1. Click "MY ACCOUNT"
2. Click "LOGIN"
3. Identify yourself
4. Click "Order History" on the left hand side
5. Check the "Order status": NEW, INVOICE, SHIPPED or CANCELLED.

How to ship to a different address?

1. 1. Your order can be delivered to a different address from the billing address.
2. Go to BILLING & SHIPPING step.
3. At Delivery Address, click “Enter a new address”, type the address than click “Confirm”
