VIP Card Terms & Conditions
- Points will not be granted with purchase amount settled by L’OCCITANE Gift Certificate or by purchase redemption from bonus points.
- All accumulated points are valid for 1 year from VIP card date of issue . Any bonus points not redeemed will be forfeited.
- VIP Card is valid for all L’OCCITANE stores in India (excluding airport, wholesale and department store counters)
- Presentation of VIP card and verification of member’s name and ID number are required as identity proof upon redemption.
- Rs. 300 will be charged to replace a lost/damaged card.
- All the accumulated bonus points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once the transaction of point’s redemption has been made, it may not be cancelled and points deducted will not be reversed.
- L’OCCITANE India Private Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and make final decision in the event of any dispute.
