The contours of the eye for a rested look

As important for the body as it is for the mind, a massage around the contours of the eyes reduces signs of fatigue by touch alone. Either on dry skin or with a few drops of Divine Eyes, lightly press from the inner to the outside corner of your eye with your index and middle fingers, then press lightly above the eyebrows. Hold for 3 seconds in each position, taking slow, deep breaths.

Bonus: beyond just relaxing your muscles and smoothing any lines, this simple technique improves the application of your skincare products for optimal results.

Your hands to refresh your mind

Indispensable for everyday tasks, your hands deal with stress all day long. Use Shea Butter Hand Cream for some well-earned pampering, starting by gently stretching your wrists. Next, massage each finger using a circular motion, then relax your palms by making the infinity sign with your thumb from the inner to the outer palm.

Bonus: besides the relaxing feeling you get from this technique, you are also deeply hydrating your skin for more beautiful hands.

The nape of your neck to release your shoulders

The nape of your neck tightens from everyday stress and poor posture. Using Aromachologie Relaxing Essential Oil Blend for long-lasting relaxation, place your hands at the base of the nape of your neck. Smooth the skin towards the shoulders, then up along your spine to the hairline. Finally, gently but firmly press on the base of your skull, before gently moving your hands onto your shoulders.

Bonus: an important meeting? The delicate fragrance of the essential oils used in this technique helps you relax and leave stress behind.

Your feet for an energised body

Often seen as a mirror of the body, your feet have a reflex area for each organ. At the end of the day, after showering, sit down and massage the soles of your feet, from the arch to the outer edge, using Shea Butter Foot Cream . Tips? For an easier massage, use a ball to smooth your feet. Next, hold each toe, gently pinching between two fingers.

Bonus: your too-often neglected feet get to be pampered. In addition to boosting your circulation and energy, you're taking care of yourself from head to toe!
