3 detox water recipes to get ready for summer

Refreshing and delicious, detox water is filled with fruity flavours. L'Occitane presents 3 delicious recipes for this super-healthy drink, endlessly drinkable for summer.

White peach, raspberry and rose petal detox water

Ingredients: 1 white peach • 15 raspberries • 30 rose petals • 1 litre water (plain or sparkling)

1. Cut the peach into thin slices.

2. Pour the water into a carafe. Add the peach slices, rose petals and raspberries to the water.

3. Chill.

Cucumber, mint and lime detox water

Ingredients: 1 half cucumber • 2 limes • 20 fresh mint leaves • 1 litre of water (plain or sparkling)

1. Cut the limes and the cucumber into thin slices.

2. Pour the water into a carafe. Add the mint leaves, cucumber and lime slices to the water.

3. Chill.

Nectarine, rosemary and blueberry detox water

Ingredients: 1 nectarine • 20 blueberries • 2 rosemary sprigs • 1 litre of water (plain or sparkling)

1. Cut the nectarine into thin slices.

2. Pour the water into a carafe. Add the nectarine slices, blueberries and rosemary sprigs to the water.

3. Chill.

Tip: once the ingredients have been added to the water, leave the carafe in the refrigerator for at least two hours to allow it to properly infuse. Serve over ice.
